The Statue of Sardar Vallabhai Patel and the attractions built nearby is a treat for anyone and is built on a world class level.

For People who wish to travel and see all the attractions, I would highly recommend to stay at the Tent City 1 and book their package itenary of 2 / 3 Days.

Commuting Options:

1  From Mumbai:  Travelling from Mumbai is very convenient from Train as there is a dedicated train to the destination (Ekta Nagar). The Train Number is 12927 and the journey can be spent overnight in the train.

2 From Ahmedabad: While Travelling from Ahmedabad – Do consider the Vista dome Coach as it is a one of a kind experience.

Attractions:

The list of attractions is amazing and it would take 3 days atleast to cover all of it.

1. Statue of Unity:

The Iconic Statue is built by L&T and is a marvel to watch.

The Entire construction was completed in 4.5 years and is a tribute to the Iron Man of India.

While there, do check the Light and Laser Show which starts at 6.45 Pm Sharp – It’s a treat for all.

2. Arogya Van / Vishwa Van

Both these parks are designed to illustrate the importance of a healthy life through means of connecting with Nature.

Arogya Van highlights the medicinal property of different herbs and that how any illness can be cured by natural herbs and plants.

It highlights the inter- connection of Mind, Body and Soul in our life.

 

      3. Children Nutrition Park:

Ever wondered what nutrients are present in every day food that we consume?

We eat without being fully aware of how it is processed/ what it contains.

It’s a very thoughtful initiative that tells the importance of nutrients to everyone and the effort our farmers take to grow daily staples.

To Promote Eco Tourism and women empowerment, the local government has provided Pink E Rickshaws which are driven by local tribal women - Do experience this when visiting the place - A wonderful Initiative !

With the foundation having been laid, I sincerely hope the administration builds on it and adds further attractions in the coming years.

There are many other attractions which have been made so that a family can spend 3 -4 days easily there and unwind.
